The first time I was here everything was perfect. The staff was friendly the room was clean. Although it was a bit pricey it was okay(maybe a 4 star). I was here the second and the last time two days ago. It was just TERRIBLE. The staff gave me a room. I went in and the beddings, sheets and blanket were really dirty and stinky. The only thing that was clean were the towels. So, I went downstairs and told the staff about the situation and he was being polite and friendly. I first had a meal before going back to my room. I found a new blanket on the bed folded in a very poor manner. I mean a child could fold better. I unfolded it to check it out, but it was worse. There was HAIR all over the blanket. I NEVER had such a BAD IMPRESSION of a hotel before.

This place is good for short times only, not ideal for overnight. The receptionist is not welcoming, not approachable and kinda rude when we asked her some questions. The room is clean however the ventilation in the cr is not good it has a strong foul odor. The deluxe room which cost 1250 per night is not worth it. There were no soap, or even shampoo, but toothbrush and toothpaste are available, they have hot and cold water in the cr, and also mineral water was provided. The wifi is not also provided inside the room (other short time room has it) we asked the front desk for the wifi password and we can’t still connect to the wifi. Lastly, the blanket is only good for 1 person and we are two when we stayed there.

I have very low mobile signal in my room and their wifi is fluctuating so it's useless. Lack of lights in the room and cr. It's very noisy around here. I'm not sure if it's their guests or their staff because the door keeps slamming. There are people who work very loudly with them or next to them, who are banging banging, so you tend NOT TO REST.

I don't usually make negative references but this place deserves it. We paid 1250php for a super basic room that can be found for half the price. When we got to the bathroom we found a condom in the shower. The room only had one towel, it did not have soap or shampoo, we had to complain about all of that. The wifi didn't work. Luckily the staff was friendly.

Also known as one of the Red Door hotels in Bacolod, make sure to tell your driver this to avoid confusion. Clean, three story hotel, but no elevator. Great service, good Aircon in the room, and satellite TV with basic channels. Have stayed there 3 times and found it be be consistent in all aspects. It's nice because there is always various forms of transportation running in the area and it's close to the southbound Ceres station. Sari sari stores, a market, and lot of small businesses are close. It's in Barangay 33 on Rosario Street.
